• As moisturising as lip balm, this non-drying Lip Matter does not stain or smudge. Matte finish for lip base or after lipstick application does not smudge and stays on lips.

How to use :
1. As lip base: Take an appropriate amount with fingers, gently press onto lips then apply lipstick
2. After lipstick, apply an appropriate amount on lips gently for lasting, non-smudging and matte finish.
