A mascara primer that quickly sets and prepares the lashes, allowing for the application of multiple coats of mascara, resulting in natural, lengthened, and voluminous curled lashes.

How to use :
Curl the lashes with an eyelash curler, then apply the mascara base by brushing from the roots of the lashes upwards. Wait for the mascara base to dry before applying mascara.
