Extremely bad quality faulty product

The products I've received are all faulty, they all had an extremely awful smell just like dirty drain water. I've contacted SK-II headquarters in regards to the quality control issues, they advised that Sasa is not a SK-II retailer, so highly not recommended to purchase this brand from them.
