How to use：
Step1: On dry hair before shampooing, shake and apply section by section all over the scalp.
Step2: Massage in circular movements from the nape of your neck to the crown of your head.
Step3: Apply pressure to position 1 to 5 along the center line and leave in for 5 to 10 minutes.
Step4: Breathe out deeply while applying pressure with the palms of your hands.
